Guest Artist: Susan Stevens
Susan Stevens is a jewelry designer and she creates her jewelry at home, in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, in Canada. Her designs are inspired from nature, the way a vine grows, or the colors of fall, a vacation on the coast, a walk in the woods, a song, fashion, interior design, the colors of pebbles on a beach… so much beauty and many interesting things surround us, that it is easy to be inspired.
Her art ranges from very whimsical to elegant and sophisticated; her products are all original
and one of a kind.
“I enjoy creating my jewelry with wonderful artisan glass lamp work beads, gem stones, Venetian glass, Swarovski crystals, and precious metals. I love to incorporate wonderful vintage, Swarovski crystals and other vintage beads into my designs to add some retro glamor and to create a special piece that holds a tiny bit of history from a bygone era.
Every single necklace and bracelet that I design is named after a song, so perhaps you will find your special song made into a treasured piece of jewelry!”
Very inspiring Susan, I love the Cheetah bracelet!
